Patti Haggerty

Patti comes from a long line of bar and restaurant owners. Her family has owned and operated restaurants and bars in West Scranton. She grew up in the business, and as a long line of Haggertys did before her, she opened her own place in 2006. After leaving the business, and Scranton, she pursued a career playing poker professionally from 2009-2015. While living and playing in Atlantic City, she had the honor of working for some of the best chefs. She opened The Mussel Bar by Robert Wiedmair, a James Beard award winning chef, from whom she learned the importance of presentation and excellence. Upon moving on from that position, she took the opportunity to work for the Garces group, including Jose Garces who is an Iron Chef and specializes in Spanish tapas. Her time with the Garces group has given her knowledge and skills that she is excited to bring to this new venture. Patti is looking forward to doing what she loves in a city that her family has such a deep connection to.

Gavin Esham

Gavin Esham studied opera, theater, and dance at the acclaimed Northwestern University. He has performed in New York, and other parts of the country. He now resides in Old Forge, PA with his husband, Ron, and their two rescue pups. Throughout the years, Gavin has also worked on the opening team of several innovative restaurants, notably Bar Pazzo in Scranton, PA. He is currently the art director there and he has produced over 100 local artist’s shows and counting. He is also a lead wedding planner at Electric City Event Co. In his spare time, Gavin is an accomplished mixed media artist, enjoys CrossFit, really likes a stylish sweatshirt, and NEVER says no to a tater tot.
